How do you raise money to go to new york city for my 21st birthday.?
I would like to go to new york for my 21st birthday but i am inviting at least nine of my friends including me. I need to make $30,000. I need the money in a year and a half from now. I am 19 years old now. Can you give me ideas on how to raise this much money? This is not a school trip or organization. Its just a group of my friends going to celebrate my birthday. Thank You.

Me and a group of friends are throwing a surprise 21st birthday party for another friend, and it's her 21st birthday. I'm looking for some easy themes that are not alcohol focused.
A casino idea.
Get lots of cards and write happy birthday on them, and hang them up on the wall, or punch a hole on each side of the card, so slip a piece of yarn through so it could be hung up on the wall. Get some body to be like a bartender and serve drinks! Since they are turning 21 they are legal. To make them feel good card them. Set up different games like dice, cards, blackjack, and so on.
