Is this a good tattoo to get and how?

Hi all, I got my first tattoo for my 21st birthday next week and wanted some advice. Is this a good tattoo to get? Where is the best place to get it? I was thinking either my wrist on my left hand or the stomach, to the left of my navel, near the hip. Which of these would hurt less? How do I get a tattoo? Do I have to book an appointment with someone for a consultation and then come back another time to have it done or can do so on the same day? Does anyone know roughly how much will it cost? Thank you all.

It is impossible for us to answer the question of cost, because most tattoo artists charge by the hour and hourly rates are different. As to whether you can do the same day, depending on how busy the store is and how quickly the tattoo artist can hit a drawing.
