Well, it's almost the end of November, and we like it or not, Christmas / Hanukkah / New Year looms on the horizon for many of us. For those of us who did not celebrate in our homes, there are still social engagements, parties and meals to face. Each year we are involved in making a greater effort to buy more gifts and more food than before.

There can be weeks of December and New Year in a steady flow of drinks and snacks if offered where ever we go, our classes and gyms are closed when we want, and at the same time, is expected to look fabulous and happy all the time. Well, I say ENOUGH! You can socialize and have fun in This time of year without compromising our lifestyles. Here are five ways to survive the season of gluttony;

1. Maintain a program exercise, it is tempting to let the dark nights, cold mornings, endless tasks, shopping, and preparing to get in the way of your exercise routine either regular classes, gym, home routines, or walking programs. Make sure you check in his diary of the time that act and adhere to them as if they were a date with someone special, your body does not deserve to be neglected. Anyway, for once, the gym is empty and you can stay on the machine in operation for long as you want!

Crisps exchange with sauces (sour cream and chives, cheese blue, etc.) for hummus or low-fat yogurt with onions and herbs. Make vegetable sticks or bread sticks for dipping. Avoid cream and cheese sauces,

5. Enjoy, take bits of what he wants, but in moderation. You do not have to go crazy just because everyone else. You will feel much better go to bed without stretching horrible feeling in your belly.
