South Park Drinking Game

After a 1 hour flight to Johannesburg, Nelspruit's trip took about 2.5 hours, but once we arrived, proved well worth the effort. We arrived very late in the afternoon and after check-in we decided to go out on a game drive, even though it is almost dark and the chances of seeing .. much fell sharply just before we left, we gave a brief introduction to Michael Mala Mala Rattray founded over 40 years. I had just finished work at the gym - Not bad for a 76-year-old said. Mr. Rattray also added that although the time was not ideal, if not out on a disc, it's definitely not could see any games. I personally do not expect much but it was an opportunity to get outdoors in Africa and had not come here to sit on a hotel room. As it happened, we were lucky. After an hour, we have a report that a leopard had hidden before a massacre in a tree we found. We sat down to wait for awhile to see if the leopard appears and although we have not seen the mother, one of her cubs, made its appearance. After a few minutes, he moved to try to get close and after a while he finished just 20 meters from the puppy, which was now resting in a tree. He just sat and watched this beautiful animal for a while and still did not know how our tracker instead of him.

Finally, we headed back to camp, where we to have a Boma. The food and drinks were excellent and all staff who work tirelessly to make sure nothing is left unattended. When bedtime came, the guards took us back to our rooms. As recalled that, Mala Mala is a lodge in the middle of a game reserve and as such, animals can enter and exit the field as they please.

The next morning started early with a 6:30 call as our morning game drive was to begin at 7:00 am. Besides the unity, we would also have breakfast in the bush. The drive was fantastic. Not only do we see the Big Five - lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant and rhinoceros we also had the added advantage of a rare sighting Cheetah and Zebra and many birds and small animals. In all those 5 hours were not so when we arrived, it was time for lunch. We briefly entertained for a couple of vervet monkeys jumping from tree to tree, but moments later, a large elephant ear walk past the hotel terrace 200 yards away.

It prepares us well for the evening game disc, but not before we went half an hour looking at another field, Rattrays of Mala Mala. This field is not unique, with a capacity of only 16 people. The rooms are even more spectacular than Mala Mala suites, with people with a private pool, television and internet access in rooms. The view from the rooms is partly sandy river so it is an ideal place to combine relaxation and game viewing.

We went to the game unit in the afternoon and we were lucky enough to see some giraffe near and after dark we moved toward the river where we found a hippo grazing land. This is one of Africa's most dangerous animals and we I sat and watched from only a few feet away for a while before continuing.

That night we ate at Boma all again and I was very fortunate to sit with the CEO and founder of Mala Mala, Mr. Rattray and his wife. Our food was briefly interrupted by a small scorpion that appears on the table next to Ms. Rattray, but it was and had a wonderful evening listening to their stories about life in Africa as well as many other things.

The next morning, there was time for a final game drive before you should check out and the highlight was finding a female leopard and her cub that were very happy to have our vehicle standing less than 10 meters and this gave him an excellent opportunity for some photos up close. We headed back to camp and were given a tour of the facilities before leaving.

I can not speak highly enough of Mala Mala, everything and everyone involved with the place.
